*accountabilities*:
- build, test, deploy, and release fixes adhering to sdlc and itil processes using agile methodology.
- own l2/l3 level tickets/tasks and drive them to resolution.
- resolve user-reported issues within defined timelines.
- proactively monitor support channels, acknowledging and responding to issues swiftly.
- communicate effectively during planned/unplanned outages and lead resolution calls.
- maintain documentation standards by creating and publishing knowledge base articles.
- manage jira backlogs, stories, and epics based on business priority.

*essential skills/experience*:
- bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- proven experience in analytical and reporting tools.
- experience in data engineering and data pipelines.

- effective team player across programming, biostatistics, data management, and clinical sciences.
- knowledge of relational databases and clinical data management systems.
- familiarity with change management in a gxp-validated saas environment.
- excellent communication skills and relationship management.
- independent working capabilities with mínimal supervision.
- knowledge of agile/scrum methodology.
- experience with jira, confluence, bitbucket.
- engineering approach for clinical data solutions design and implementation.

- knowledge of build tools and ci/cd platforms.
- experience with cloud platforms like aws, and azure.

- accredited certifications from scdm/acdm or vendor-offered data management training.
