we are looking for an ambitious, outgoing, and energetic business development
your primary role will be to seek and generate new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential corporate customers. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developing leads from marketing campaigns, meeting sales quotas, being creative in your outreach approaches, and constantly striving to improve your outreach methods. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with potential customers, from first contact through ongoing customer account management such as assisting the client with ordering, tracking day of delivery, and providing a high quality personalized customer experience.

This role, and the entire current team, is 100% remote, allowing you to work flexibly from wherever you would like! Ultimately, you will help boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth by helping develop and sustain corporate partnerships and if successful, will be rewarded with upside in the role and future responsibility.
*responsibilities*
- qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
- set up and facilitate business meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and club feast senior account executives
- build long-term relationships with new and existing customers alongside our senior account managers
- identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services, occasionally
customizing solutions to increase customer satisfaction
- proactively seek new leads and use creativity to convert prospects to clients
- report to the corporate development director on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results
- *requirements*:
- strong desire to learn, take on new challenges, handle additional responsibility and solve problems as our team continues to grow rapidly
- high work ethic with the ambition to grow internally through hitting and exceeding sales objectives
- team mentality mindset where you are willing to do your job successfully so others can succeed at theirs
- fluent in english
- bsc/ba in business administration, sales or relevant field
- hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
- ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with people
- excellent communication skills
- time management and planning skills
- understanding of sales performance metrics
- experience in customer support is a plus
- track record of achieving sales quotas
- experience with crms (ex: hubspot)
- familiarity with ms excel
