*tasks and responsibilities*:
1.
lead management & follow-up - organize and track leads, schedule follow-ups, and engage with potential buyers and sellers.
2.
appointment scheduling - coordinate and schedule property showings, client meetings, and open houses.
4.
listing & marketing support - manage property listings, update mls, and assist with marketing materials and social media postings.
5.
contract & document preparation - assist in drafting, collecting and organizing client documentation.
6.
database management - maintain and update crm and other databases to ensure accurate client records.
7.
administrative support - provide general administrative assistance, including data entry, research, and reporting.
9.
other duties as assigned by the realtor
*qualifications and skills*:
- bilingual in english and spanish (required).
- experience in real estate, mortgage, or a related field preferred.
- proficiency in crm systems
- strong organizational and multitasking skills.
