The role of the pc&l customer service manager within a plant is to issue and control the export process and communicate with the customer to validate ratings.
the main objectives of this profile are:
1. to control the pieces shipped and the validity dates of the shipments.
2. analyze, understand and anticipate customer needs, ensuring that these are reflected in production activities.
3. schedule inland export freight and track inland export shipments.
4. send export documents to customers and inter companies.
5. send documents and letters of instruction to customs brokers.
6. send export documents to carriers.
7. review documents received from the customs broker (export operations).
8. generate messaging guides and necessary documentation.
9. coordinate domestic and export customer routes.
10. coordinate with carriers the deliveries of export boxes.
11. service to export and domestic customers.
12. track customer ratings.
13. follow-up on the performance of client qualifications for quality, deliveries, and projects; as well as maintenance of information in the applicable applications.
14. upload mpms to the faurecia portal.
minimum candidate requirements:
1. bachelors degree.
2. 1 to 3 years of experience.
