as a*marketing communications assistant*, you'll learn about how we do business and gain broad exposure to the b2b marketing communication field promoting an interesting and diverse brand in the aec industry..*a typical day might include*:*collaboration*- working with other marketing team members as well as multiple contributors and approvers throughout the company each day—making project management and organizational skills critical.- interacting with staff at all levels of the organization, including but not limited to, executive and senior leadership, business development staff, project managers, and discipline leads to advance projects forward.
*company store*- supporting requests for branded merchandise for employees to purchase, including choosing items and working with vendors.- talking with other employees to gather feedback on store items to update and manage inventory.- this also includes helping with special orders for teams and company-wide events.
*trade show support*- working across the company to document all trade shows, determine needs, coordinating collateral and promo items, managing timelines, and more.- you'll be the point person to help us streamline and maximize efficiency for our presence.

*team support*- proactively working with the marketing communication team to provide support in areas such as public relations, external communication, internal communication, design, social media, and much more.
*website*- assist with external website with proactive updates for existing pages as well as development of landing pages for promotional campaigns.
