responsibilities and authority
- administrates the recruiting and selection process for direct labor & idl.
- coordinates new employee orientation program. Act as a trainer on specific topics.
- direct contact on concerns from employees and support.
- coordinate activities with cafeteria supplier, transportation & facilities (regarding employee’s needs / events.)
- employee administration (vacations review, permits, legal benefits, etc.)
- employee badges elaboration & activation
- employee file and control (personal documentation, contracts, performance evaluations, etc)
- direct labor administration of promotions.
- administrates cafeteria & transportation requisitions, invoices and requirements for employees’ purposes.
- exit surveys for employees leaving company and legal documentation to be completed on the process.
- participate on projects to digitalize processes.
- coordinates and supports on employee celebrations and recognitions.
- support on pulse and global survey coordination. Ohi, leadership effectiveness, employee engagement, cafeteria, transportation, work environment, etc..
- in coordination with the supervisor run savings funds reports.
- and other functions as assigned by your manager.
Knowledge and skills required
- education: bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or administrative areas.
- knowledge: desirable in: computer and management adder
- skills: management software packages, oral and written communication, interpersonal relations.
- experience: human resources administration and/or administration areas.
