We are hiring a

*er* todesign and deployment of a solid, cost-effective and thorough onboarding process during the incubation and maturity of new businesses.
*what you will be doing*:
- oversee all process, people, technology, methods and measurements needed during and after the onboarding of a new process/business and its proper documentation.
- provides solution to problems that adversely affect the team’s quality of the job, productivity, or business continuity.
- scopes and identify profiles and partner with talent acquisition as needed to onboard new hires based on demand.
- analyze and trigger creative and agile capacity analysis to meet demand without a forecast.
- walks the business partner along the incubation and maturity process to build and nurture a close customer relationship in time.
- identify opportunities to grow or develop current business/processes.
- identifies training need assessments and acts over them.
- coaches the team along the process to keep the motivation and the best self-version over the stages of the business.
- foster and promotes cultural engagement and team connection within the business unit, the office, and the organization.
- is a continuous improvement master, finds and trigger continuous improvement opportunities to maximize value creation, for employees, partners, and the company, thinking in the long-term business outcomes over the short-term result.
- assists supervisor/manager in preparation of departmental budget including manpower, equipment and procurement and all cost associated or related to the operation of the team and the business unit.
- support to any need or request as needed by the supervisor and/or the business.

*who you are*:
- required skills and competencies_
- bachelor’s degree in engineering or business-related fields.
- 2 year of experience in new product/process introduction or similar experience onboarding new businesses or partnerships.
- 2+ year of proven experience finding and delivering continuous improvement projects.
- previous leadership experience coaching and guiding direct reports is a must.
