*position purpose*
*primary accountabilities*:
- execute campaigns including product affinity, channel affinity, cross-shopping, purchase path, lifecycle, customer ltv & other ad hoc segments.
- manage crm activation (promotion) calendar including broadcast sends, triggered campaign optimizations and retention building campaigns.
- manage and optimize the retention automation strategy and deployment programs - welcome, cart abandonment, search abandonment, winback, etc.
- own segmentation and develop iterative testing plans to ensure ongoing campaign optimization.
- utilize data to analyze channel performance and identify areas for optimization to drive continued channel growth.
- monitor & effectively communicate kpis, including acquisition, list health, deliverability and revenue.
*education & experience*
level of formal education: a bachelor's degree (ba, bs) or equivalent.
area of study: business, advertising, marketing, data sciences or information techology
years of experience: two to three years.
other / preferred: experience in loyalty marketing.
