- assure correct shipping/handling of material based on hazardous regulations.
- assure correct carrier load and handling of material based on internal and external regulations.
- assure complete and correct documentation and labeling in outbound shipments (bol, packing slip, commercial invoice, tracking number).
- assure complete and correct documentation and information in all inbound shipments
- eliminate customer complains related to shipping issues.
- expedite when necessary to import or export on time raw material and finish goods.
- provide customer service on time to all internal and external clients.
- analize import/export, and shipping needs and loads to determine better and less expensive method of shipment according to customer needs.
- reduce carrier rates. Reduce custom broker fees.
