Role and responsabilities
manage and lead the finance organization
ensure timely and proper all-lines reporting, including where required immex, customs, tax, pedimentos and other
manage finance aspects of sage x3 erp
support general manager in planning and budgeting process, annual budget preparation and month-to-month / day-to-day execution control
collaborate across function on developing the operating budget. Oversee long-term strategic budgetary planning and cost management in alignment with the monthly reporting and proactively manage cash flows in a leveraged environment
develop and provide timely and meaningful analyses and reporting to operational leaders
ensure proper treasury control and payment discipline
manage relations with the local banks
manage the external auditors and tax consultants
provide full scope financial support to the group, incl. ad hoc reports, analysis and interpretation of various information
oversee other fiscal and regulatory arrangements of the company
education/experience
applicants must be senior professionals with relevant experience in managerial role for not less than 5 years
relevant regional experience is required
immex experience is highly desirable
erp / accounting system implementation / development project experience is a plus
entity setup experience is a plus
ability to work and influence at all levels in the organization
skilled in examining, developing, re-engineering, and recommending financial policies and procedures
excellent interpersonal skills honed in business partnering/advisory roles
strong verbal and written communication skills
ability to work flexibly and under own initiative to achieve objectives
