as an administrative assistant for the technology products group, you will provide high-level administrative support in a fast-paced environment, enhancing organizational efficiency and communication.
key responsibilities:
1. manage travel, lodging, and expense reports.
2. reserve conference rooms and organize team meetings/events.
3. coordinate catering and act as a liaison with other administrative assistants.
4. prepare documents using microsoft office suite and manage incoming communications.
5. support vice presidents with calendar management and travel logistics.
6. ensure smooth office operations, including mail distribution and maintenance coordination.
7. serve as a liaison between various micron sites and departments.
qualifications:
1. 5+ years of high-level administrative support experience.
2. excellent calendar management and complex travel arrangement skills.
3. strong communication skills in both english and spanish (verbal and written).
4. detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
5. associates or bachelor's degree preferred.
