We are seeking a highly organized project scheduler to implement and oversee the engineering, procurement, fabrication and deployment project schedules for our integrated modular solutions team. In this role, you will be collaborating with vertiv engineering, procurement, solutions architects, and project managers, setting tasks, and monitoring the execution of project timelines. You may also prepare project progress and performance evaluation reports.
Project schedulers should possess solid industry knowledge and demonstrable experience in project scheduling.
Will collaborate with pre-sales and execution teams, summary for each line of business:
- pre-sales
- develop initial preliminary schedules for proposals
- incorporate logic and execution best practices
- validate lead-times with internal and external stakeholders

- finalize execution and construction schedule
- track orders and update schedules
- drive schedule reviews on all projects in execution to ensure schedule adherence
*responsibilities*:
- create, monitor, and analyze project schedules in accordance with standard of best project practice
- track, analyze, and report information appropriately to allow the project teams to manage their projects and evaluate weekly reports
- ensure accuracy of project schedules, performed version control, identify potential project schedule delays and facilitating intervention in a timely manner.
- prepare, implement, and monitor scopes of work using work breakdown structure (wbs) for control and integrity
- monitor projects’ progress, including identifying critical activities and reviewing forecasts and progress achieved to date. Recommend actions to keep project on track and within budget.
- maintain project risk register to ensure that risks are effectively managed to minimize their impact on schedule, scope, and budget of projects
- track baselines, perform what-if analysis, and develop contingency plans
- perform coordination of cross-functional departments to identify project issues, monitor action items, and work with the project manager to ensure resolution.

- bachelor's degree in construction management, or in a related field. Experience may substitute degree.
