*qualifications*- speak english and spanish with full proficiency- excellent verbal skills- 1-2 years of customer service experience- strong background with performance-based metrics- resourceful and motivated to solve issues as they arise- customer service and sales attitude- calm under pressure- detail-oriented- organized- strong ability to multi-task- effective communicator- be comfortable navigating multiple windows and tabs on a desktop computer.
