Area: finance support associate
this position process all invoices received for payments and for undertaking the payment of all creditors.
this will involve, compiling and maintaining accounts payable & account receivable records, while also providing clerical and administrative support as needed.
*main responsibilities*
- acts as a support finance specialist on the transactions assigned and demonstrates analytical thinking and works with company direction.
- support in account payable activities such as receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices.
- verify financial data for use in maintaining accounts payable & receivable records and provide other clerical support necessary to pay the obligations of vallen organization.
- assemble invoices to be completed for payment.
aptitudes requeridas
- bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, administration or related.
- understanding of business, financial, and accounting concepts.
- experience with basic purchasing and billing processes.
- intermediate level of excel
- fluent english
experiência requerida
*experience*:
experience is not necessary but it´s preferable to have carried out professional interships experience in customer service.
*knowledge*:
basic and preferable in customer service, supply chain, accounting / administration, prices and information management.
*education*:
bachelor's degree/engineering completed or in progress.
*language*:
english more than 80% conversational/fluent.
