join as *grc *charge responsible for oversight and coordinate the governance, risk and compliance program to sustain the overall internal control system implementation in the ferrero group.
*main responsibilities*:- in this role, you will be responsible coordinates region functions' assessment/implementation of policies and remediation of audit findings/control issues.- you will support region functions in local risks identification and facilitate the cross functional solution of issues.- you will perform local quality assurance on controls implementation and remediation.- you will lead process assessment projects aimed at identifying risks and control gaps.- report status of activities and key topics to region cfo, region board / leadership teams and to the area grc manager.- you will collaborate with organization department to identify changes requiring risks/controls assessment.
