For the customer center of the ias (industrial assembly solutions) division in mexico, we are looking for a local key account manager eld (electronic dispensing), located in the state of chihuahua.
*your responsibilities*:
- develop the market potential for eld and ias products within all assigned segments in your assigned zone
- work with local and division teams to align global strategies for global customers
- identify the correct eld or ias solutions to gain market share and increased profitability
- become an eld and ias expert in the process and gain complete product competence
- responsible for segment strategy and segment health
- regular plant visits with customers to develop customer relations
- keep the forecast and leads up to date at all times and documented in the c4c system
- coordinate with internal departments for actions needed for customers/projects
- responsible for monthly segment/customer reporting to the eld operations manager
- identify shortcomings that affect the sales process, along with your improvement recommendation
- keep your c4c database up to date and elaborate client maps in your zone
- meet targets/goals agreed to by the employee and manager
- travel domestic as needed along with limited international travel
