*job summary*the customer service specialist deals with all orders within his/her assigned regions.
*your responsibilities*- initiate new customer set-up in erp- process and confirm sales orders placed by customers in the region in compliance with company policies- resolve order pricing discrepancies- check product availability and communicate with customer or sales team.- coordinate shipments with logistic team- process customer returns (rma) per company policies, and address customer complains- support sales force and internal team members for samples and supplies- coordinate invoicing and crediting with the finance team- co-ordination with finance request for pro-forma invoices based on customer request- provide customers and or finance with proof of delivery*your profile*- bachelor of commerce.- 3 years' experience in international customer service.- pc literate (word, excel, powerpoint) and are familiar with using erp systems)- fluent in english and portuguese- fluent in spanish is mandatory- excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.- excellent organizational, communication and writing skills.- tact and diplomacy.- ability to multi-task.
