*summary*:
- this role focuses on building and managing long-term relationships with key retail partners driving business growth through innovative one to one and one to many solutions.
major duties & responsibilities
- ensure annual sales plan
- execute regular interactions with retail key accounts to increase sales, build and cultivate strong relationships through:
- develop annual operating plans for the retail segment and individual key account plans for each account.
- execute strategies for retention, acquisition, penetration, and innovation with major retail partners.
- review and negotiate fill rate penalties.
- promote product penetration and new product innovation.
- retail key accounts portal management.
- validation of customer ´s monthly forecast.
- regularly update sales scorecards to ensure alignment with the overall sales strategy.
- communicate and update product price increase and assure execution.
*knowledge and experience*:
- business administration, industrial engineering, and marketing background.
- extensive retail sales experience managing accounts such as soriana, sam's club, costco, heb, and walmart.
- previous work with companies like zaachila, ventura foods, la pocima, nestlé, and unilever.
- proficient in excel, including pivot tables, graphs, reporting, and scorecards.
microsoft office, power point.
- english as second language desirable.
