.*what's the role?*:the 'business operations analyst ii' position within global content operations (gco) is responsible analysis and support capacity planning. This position is also responsible for resource planning needed to execute the work across work streams as per the cost plan.we are seeking business operations analyst ii to be a part of our global operations team.*main responsibilities*- support/lead and facilitate monthly, quarterly and annual operations review with relevant materials as part of overall operating framework.- support/lead data analysis of results from operations and undertake various analysis for e.g. trend analysis and closed loop analysis- provide relevant data and analytics to support decision making in various initiatives across global content operations- support/lead implementation of data operations management processes across teams and across departments- ad-hoc analysis and support for management team (this is a substantial part of the role)- regular working communication with operations management team regarding planning and operations issues and project requirements- create and communicate forecasted demand reports by individual data operations site and globally- analyze capacity vs. demand variance status and assign actions items for the operations management team to drive alignment- manage operations schedule and align operations schedule with master release schedule- weekly plan and maintain capacity requirements as per the demand- plan resources as per the demand to work stream for successful execution- define, plan and facilitate monthly, quarterly and annual capacity management calls with relevant materials as part of overall operating framework.- provide relevant data and analytics to support decision making on coding location and timing assignments based upon alignment with gco strategy- maintain hiring and attrition tracker and send timely requests for backfills*environment*semi routine tasks of moderate complexity requiring some discretion and judgment. Carries out tasks/activities according to assignment and set guidelines.
