*position summary*
a global company is seeking a *credit senior analyst* to assess credit risk, manage customer credit portfolios, and optimize cash flow within our shared service center (ssc).
this role plays a critical part in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of credit operations, supporting finance, sales, and customer service teams.
*key responsibilities*
*credit risk assessment & customer management*
- perform in-depth financial analysis and risk assessments for new and existing customers.
- determine appropriate credit limits and payment terms based on financial health.
- monitor credit exposure and proactively flag high-risk accounts.
*collaboration & cross-functional support*
- work closely with sales, finance, and accounts receivable teams to optimize credit management.
- support dispute resolution and overdue account management.
- coordinate with the legal team on credit terms, contracts, and collections strategies.
*compliance & reporting*
- ensure compliance with company credit policies, sox, gaap, and corporate financial controls.
- develop and maintain credit risk dashboards, aging reports, and key performance indicators (kpis).
- conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
*process optimization & automation*
- identify opportunities to enhance credit assessment workflows and reduce manual efforts.
- support the implementation of automation tools and ai-driven credit scoring models.
*qualifications & experience*
? *experience*: minimum 5 years in credit risk analysis, accounts receivable, or financial operations.
? *technical skills*:
- strong knowledge of financial statement analysis and credit risk assessment.
- experience with erp systems and credit reporting tools (dun & bradstreet, experian, etc.).
- familiarity with sox compliance and gaap principles.

- analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- detail-oriented with a focus on data integrity and compliance.
- excellent communication and collaboration skills across finance, sales, and operations teams.
