how you´ll make an impact
* survey distribution: ensure timely distribution of risk assessment surveys to relevant suppliers and stakeholders.
* response collection and analysis: gather responses and analyze the data in the risk assessment surveys to identify potential risks and areas of concern.
* actions follow-up: run weekly meetings and coordinate with suppliers to review progress, work through outstanding items, address identified risks, and ensure that corrective actions are implemented.
* report findings: prepare detailed reports regularly on the survey findings and present them to management and other stakeholders.
* documentation: accurately document and record supplier and internal customer communications and files.
* survey maintenance and development: support maintenance and further development of risk assessment surveys tailored to the specific needs of the organization and its suppliers.
your background
* minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, risk management, or related customer/application support.
* experience in the area of product regulatory compliance or with electronic and mechanical systems/components is preferred.
* bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or computer science.
* personal and professional integrity, high accountability, and say/do ratio.
* hands-on experience in utilizing data gathering and visualization tools to create interactive dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights.
* strong analytical thinking, decision making, and problem-solving skills.
* a highly customer-focused mindset and proven success in delighting customers.
* excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in english, with the ability to present technical issues to a non-technical audience.
* an operationally minded individual with marked time management and organization skills.
