we are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of full stack engineering.
responsibilities:
1. work with product owners and devops teams and be responsible for the delivery, ongoing success & continuous improvement of a discrete set of products or business services.
2. accountable with the head of architecture product/product lead to review requirements from a testability perspective and formulate the non-functional testing strategy.
3. collaborate with security specialists or product owner to formulate the security testing strategy.
4. ensure compliance of the products and services with mandatory and regulatory requirements, control objectives, and technical currency.
5. ensure that all activities performed by teams adhere to the relevant prevailing data standards and data controls.
6. work with the product owner to translate work into development activities across teams.
7. manage epics, backlog management, and prioritization across teams.
8. ensure adherence to service management standards and high data quality in service management systems.
9. continuously improve lead time to deploy changes and benchmark across other functions within the devops team.
10. implement and maintain high levels of automation across the teams.
11. maintain and improve service levels.
12. manage the cost base for the products and services in line with controls applied by the head of product technology.
13. participate in the devops leadership team to ensure consistent processes and practices across the team.
14. ensure that test strategies across devops activities are in place for the products supported.
15. include test automation, test data, and environments in the product test strategy.
16. establish a digital environment and automate processes to minimize variation and ensure predictable high quality code and data.
17. stay updated on current tools, technologies, and regulations related to data privacy and security.
