*must haves*- understanding of the software development lifecycle and project management practices; - 3+ years of hands-on experience in project management/scrum master roles, working with developers, product managers, and engineering teams, including leadership; - agile mindset, with proficiency in the scrum framework; - strong communication skills, with advanced/upper-intermediate english; - go-getter and results-oriented attitude; - motivation to stay updated on new technologies, trends, and best practices.
*nice to haves*- certified scrum master (csm), pmi (capm, pmi-acp), or other pm and agile-related certifications; - previous experience asa business analyst and/or qa; - development experienceand engineering background are a big plus; - people management experience - mentoring technical team members.
