- senior tech specialist trains and coaches teams of engineers, often implementing disciplined agile methodology for the first time, coaching in order to drive organisational change.
- educates employees at all levels, including senior management,, on agile principles, providing them with tools for implementing disciplined agile in their own work.
- provides training sessions and teach valuable skills that lead toward the organisation-wide adoption of agile methodologies.
- responsible for guiding teams into the agile methodology, providing employees with feedback and means of improvement, catalysing organisational growth and answering questions.
- provide hands-on support to all employees, collaborating with people across widely varying levels and roles, leading teams toward further understanding and adoption of agile as well as overall company growth and improvement
- implements agile process, principles and practices across all levels and departments in an organisation.
- endorses techniques that increase collaboration, predictability, transparency and promote a culture of experimentation and innovation.
- ensures adherence to agile processes, demonstrating strong knowledge of and background with agile
- coaches the agile team and facilitates team meetings
- removes impediments and protects the team from outside influence
- attends scrum of scrum meetings
- fosters adoption of agile technical practices
- assists the po in preparing and refining the backlog for pl and iteration planning
- works with the rte to ensure the train meets its overall pl objectives
- coordinates with other scrum masters, the system team, and shared services in the art pl planning events
- ensure all capabilities, features and stories are captured correctly into jira
- monitor and provides feedback of the agile metrics to the agile team
- ensure team capture their effort into clarity
- supports reporting to the senior management

- past experience as a project manager is desirable but no a must
- 3+ years of experience as agile lead/scrum master, preferable scrum master certified
- knowledge in safe
- english fluent speaker (advance)

- very good knowledge in excel, managing complex pivot tables
- desirable knowledge in it platforms
