what you will do:
- drive and improve the role coord.
service mexico & nola- service area as a key area for success as a planex.
align planning team, c. Experience, and service strategy, process, tools, best practices across the region, etc.
- collaborative, build and implement strategy with the teams mexico and nola
- develop and implement medium
- and long-term strategy for continuous improvement of service
- close communication and collaboration with all the local, regional, and global teams (planning, logistics, md, customer experience) for achieve the results.
- monitor overall performance in the different kpi: dispatch rate, fill rate, on time, obsoletes process, stocks, etc.
what you´ll need to succeed:
- experience in production planning, demand planning, supply planning, customer experience
- high degree of negotiation skills
- be able to demonstrate influencing and interpersonal skills
- advanced english written and verbal communication skills
- expert knowledge in excel, power point, power bi
- excellent presentation skills (creation and delivery)
- excellent analytical skills with ability to extract, organize, analyze significant amount of data
- attention to detail and aptitude to solve complex problems
- enjoy working in a virtual and multicultural working environment
- ability to collaborate with stakeholders (people skills)
- ability to take initiative and to be proactive
