specific activities include administration of the supplier penalty process for non-compliances, oversight of various special order processes, handling supplier payment discrepancies, etc.
this role specifically works directly with north american suppliers and collaborates cross-functionally with supply chain functions such as inventory management, pdc operations, logistics, packaging, dpic, and other functions supporting customers.
