Oracle is seeking a communications specialist to help drive internal and external communications for our business areas.

communications experience across multiple disciplines (internal, external) is required, as well as knowledge of working across different latin american countries.
*qualifications*:
- ba/bs, communications, journalism, public relations, marketing
- 4 + years of communications experience
- ability to provide communications support and counsel to executives.
- excellent writing, editing, and project management skills
- high english skills
- knowledge of internal tools and social networks for internal communication such as slack,
- knowledge in audience measurement processes and effectiveness for communication campaigns knowledge about excel and data reporting management tools

*key responsibilities*:
- lead and execute corporate communications actions on people related programs, events and employee engagement assuring company brand and corporate messaging are maintained consistent in all communications.
- support regional executives by generating content for improving internal and external audience engagement.
- assist in proposing topics/ideas for external communications about the company and for executive content (contributed articles, executive linkedin).
- develop and implement integrated communications plans to maximize the reach and impact inside and outside our organization.
plan, coordinate, and conduct interviews to support pr and internal communications activities.
*main activities*:
- engage with local executives, lad executives and other groups across marketing, development, sales, and customer references, operations, hr, etc
- implement integrated communications plans to maximize the reach and impact of news announcements both internally and externally.
- create unique story angles that make oracle product and customer news interesting to top tier technology and business journalists.
- execute media relations programs
- write content such as press releases, contributed articles, and executive talking points.
- assist in proposing topics/ideas for external communications about the company and for executive content (contributed articles, executive linkedin).
