*description and requirements*:- hr manager description summary:- plan and develop company's employee relationship management system, establish harmonious and fairness employee relation environment.
specific responsibilities may include develop and implement employee relations related policies and procedures, audit the legal compliance for hr related policies.- provide support and guidance for er issues and disputes.- conduct investigation for employee complaints and provide recommendations of disciplinary solutions.- educate managers and hrp for employee relation knowledge to improve er skills and sense, and avoid er risks in advance.
handle arbitrations and emergency crisis events.- build the communication channel with government, and involve labor relation policies' research and establishment from government.- assure the correct compliance of ethic and labor policies and legal normative of the applicable country.- lead support to employees, other hr groups, and company management to handle a variety of hr related transactions.
receiving and responding to requests concerning policies, programs, compensations, labor, hris, etc.- responsible for the development and administration of hr systems.
