core responsibilities:
- build productive, collaborative relationships with hiring managers, talent acquisition partners and hr business partners to support proactively identify and attract high quality talent for assigned positions.
- post positions, review resume submissions, screen applicants for competence, applicable background and skills, conduct interviews and assess capability and organizational fit.
proactively anticipate and resolve issues through effective communication, customer service and management of expectations.
- ensure data integrity by actively updating the ats, ensuring consistent ats utilization & updates meet compliance and business needs as well as hr reporting.
- provide support for successful onboarding through managing onboarding process and leveraging onboarding technologies for early talent.
- provide administrative support for reporting, hris data integrity, and pre/post-hire processes.
utilizing technology platforms such as linkedin, handshake, symplicity, wayup, etc.
to post jobs, promote events, and promote the ingredion talent brand.
- processing onboarding and pre-employment screens through completion, inclusive of background and drug screens.
assisting with intern and early talent programming events and logistics.
- assisting with the development and maintaining relationships with key campus contacts and student organizations.
responsible for the alignment of the early talent program in mexico to the global strategy led by the early talent program manager.
- bachelor's degree required with a focus in hr, business or psychology preferred.
- 4-5 years of proactive experience recruiting talent for professional & managerial level positions across a full spectrum of functional disciplines.
- 1-2 years of experience recruiting for other countries within the americas, emea or apac.
- experience recruiting in finance, audit, procurement and supply chain functions is a plus.
- proven ability to leverage linkedin, social networks and tools for recruiting and talent pooling.
- proven capability to support varying levels of management (front line through mid-levels) and manage multiple priorities across several internal customers while managing a requisition load.
- experience with ats systems (icims, workday, or similar)
- demonstrated ability to influence without authority while serving internal clients
