*primary responsibilities*the specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:- manage data imports, database de-duping and cleanup.- identify production risks and areas for improvement; prioritizes, designs and facilitates successful implementation and adoption of new processes.- guide customers remotely and in person through systems configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance- listen attentively to customers' questions and concerns and offer optimal solutions- prioritize customer satisfaction in all communications, directing unresolved issues to next-level personnel- work with desktop support engineers to provide customers with superior service- inform customers about it products and services- walk customers step-by-step through the problem-solving process- help with troubleshooting hardware and software- follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory service- communicate customer feedback to the appropriate internal team members*requirements*:- minimum 2 years of hands-on experience administration, configuration and report authoring with a production org- at least 1 full life-cycle salesforce or crm implementation preferred.- excellent written and verbal communication skills- demonstrates self-discipline and motivation in all aspects of job performance- initiative and ability to handle increasing responsibility over time- consistently at work and on time, follows instructions, responds to management direction and solicits feedback to improve performance- passion for problem-solving and customer service- tech savvy, with experience working in a tech-related field- ability to diagnose and resolve a variety of technical issues- team-oriented mindset with an openness to constructive feedback- eagerness to learn new technologies and systems- experience working as an it help desk technician or in a similar customer support role*desired*- salesforce certifications: administrator, service cloud, sales cloud, communities- service cloud- integration with 3rd party software- inter-con security systems, inc
