*typical accountabilities*:- build, lead and develop the sales team to ensure company targets are achieved.- partnership with other local managers to build a strong and functional management team in mexico.- meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue sales targets.
acquiring new customers, growing them by cross-selling and keeping them being hassle-free.- manage the customer service (2), inside sales (2), and outside sales (4) to ensure hassle-free customer service to our internal and external customers.- ensure sales operation procedures and daily activities are in place.
teams operate effectively within current policies and procedures relating to proactive selling, pricing, order entry, complaint handling and telephone enquiries.- drive ce adoption and new opportunities pipeline creation.- monitor, maintain and develop business kpis for the site in line with the company strategy.
