*key responsibilities*- provide level 1 support and level 2 support (if needed) to global network.
- diagnosis of hardware/software faults and solving technical issues.
- manage / maintain the network in our offices, telephones, printers, projectors, computers, faxes, and other hardware resources.
- write relevant technical support documents.
- ensure windows system, exchange, office 365 platform, office software and other related systems and software run well.
- manage it assets, staff onboarding and offboarding.
- support infra lead for any end-user-computing projects.
- support information security lead for any security related projects and ensure related security measures are compliance with standards (iso 27001).
- on occasion, contact other companies to fix telecommunication issues.
- provide specific onsite it support to designated clients.
*experience*
- familiar with windows 10 operating system.
- familiar with windows azure ad configuration, scripting and management.
- familiar with mac hardware and software.
- familiar with lenovo and dell hardware.
- have a good knowledge of those popular routers, switches, aps, laptops, mobile phones and other hardware equipment.
- familiar with windows server os in an advantage.
- know the mainstream antivirus software or tools such as security helper quite well.
- have a fundamental understanding about network.
- patient, responsible, and good at communication and withstanding pressure.
- mastering excel's macro instructions will be an advantage.
*qualifications*
- education level: university graduate or higher level of work experience than the minimum
- major: computer, electronic information or related field
- english level: must have a reasonable level of both written and spoken english
- work experience: minimum 2-4 years in it support
