- capture and track orders from associates via telephone, showing empathy and good service.
- document any adverse events reported by an associate or customer and continue the corresponding process to ensure they receive follow-up from gmpss.
- provide information on promotions, events, and new products to associates.
- guide associates to achieve the best results from the company's products and services.
- reactivate accounts of associates who request it via telephone.
