We are seeking a proactive and creative marketing manager based in cancún to lead and execute digital marketing strategies that enhance our brand within the field of regenerative medicine. This role combines strategic, technical, and creative skills, focusing on content creation, trend analysis, and campaign optimization to generate qualified leads.
key responsibilities:
1. ad campaign management:
plan, oversee, and optimize ad campaigns on platforms such as google ads, meta ads (facebook and instagram), tiktok ads, and linkedin ads.
develop innovative strategies to maximize campaign performance.
analyze key metrics and continuously adjust strategies for improved results.
2. sales funnel strategies:
design and implement effective sales funnels, including email marketing campaigns.
set up and manage automated campaigns with segmentation and personalization.
coordinate the development and optimization of persuasive and functional landing pages.
3. content creation and management:
research trending videos and content within the regenerative medicine field.
develop ideas inspired by these trends, adapting them to communicate our brand message.
create, record, and edit original videos for social media, aligning with relevant and current strategies.
write scripts for videos that are engaging, informative, and aligned with brand objectives.
4. social media management and content distribution:
oversee the brand's presence on platforms such as instagram, facebook, tiktok, linkedin, and google my business.
plan and execute content distribution strategies across multiple platforms.
identify new platforms and digital trends to expand the brand's reach.
5. lead generation and follow-up:
monitor and analyze lead generation from digital campaigns.
work directly with the sales manager to adjust campaigns and ensure qualified leads.
evaluate results and propose strategies to optimize return on investment (roi).
write and communicate fluently in both english and spanish.
create content tailored to diverse audiences in both languages.
requirements:
1. residency or availability to work on-site in cancún, mexico.
2. proven experience in digital marketing, ad campaign management, and trend analysis.
3. advanced skills in video production, editing, and scriptwriting.
4. practical knowledge of tools like mailchimp, hubspot, and video editing/design platforms.
5. strong analytical skills for digital metrics and campaign evaluation.
6. fluency in both english and spanish, spoken and written.
