overview:
the store manager will be responsible for growing our brand awareness in this new market, developing a strong business, and leading a team. This includes overseeing the operation of the store to ensure maximum sales and profitability through merchandise, inventory, expense control, and managing operating costs.
your main responsibilities will be:
* the overall function and management of the store on a day-to-day basis.
* achieving high operational and merchandising standards.
* the achievement of sales goals and maximizing productivity by understanding and analyzing store business needs and executing needed actions to achieve business results.
* taking a proactive approach to business trends and needs.
