position summary:
we are looking for a dedicated and dynamic villa manager to join our team. In this role, you will help us maintain the highest standards of hospitality and oversee the operations of our exquisite villa. You will ensure guests enjoy a seamless and memorable stay from check-in to check-out.
this role requires a diverse skill set, combining aspects of property management, hospitality, and guest services. The primary goal is to ensure that properties are well-maintained, financially sound, and have organized staff and that guests have a safe and memorable high-end experience.

responsibilities:
1. oversee the day-to-day operations of the villa, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
2. conduct regular inspections to ensure the property is well-maintained, clean, and in optimal condition.
3. coordinate maintenance tasks with the team, promptly addressing plumbing, electrical, and structural issues.
4. ensure all guest services are delivered at the highest standards, creating unforgettable experiences.
5. manage villa staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
6. maintain an updated inventory of villa supplies and ensure timely replenishment.
7. handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and care.
8. manage villa utilities payments and keep accurate records.
9. collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote the villa and attract guests.
qualifications:
1. proven experience in luxury hospitality, property management, or a similar role.
2. strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
3. discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
4. strong problem-solving skills to handle unexpected situations.
5. professionalism and polished appearance.
6. flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
7. english is required; proficiency in additional languages is highly desirable.
8. bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field.
9. must have a valid driver's license and access to a car.
compensation & benefits:
monthly: 25,000 - 30,000 mxn
