*mission*:
account management / segment leader work on developing solid relationship with hitachi energy mexico customers and account.
executing medium to long-term planning to ensure hitachi base business in assigned segment.
*responsibilities*:
- understands the key business drivers of the relevant customers business and business environment and interprets the impact and opportunity for hitachi energy.
- participates in the development of sales strategies for the account by proving the customer's current business and long-term plans.
- leads the development and implementation of the account plan and sow growth actions.
- defines and proposes sales targets for the account and ensures their achievement with a structured follow up process across divisions and countries.
- sells products/solutions/services to customers, focusing on volume, mix and profitability targets representing all hitachi energy.
- creates added value for the customer and hitachi by ensuring a coordinated sale approach
- monitors competitors' activity with the account and ensures that appropriate response strategies are formulated and implemented.
- gives input on market price developments.
- resolving problems and ensuring high quality service to the customers.
*your background*:
- degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or related field
- at least 5 years of experience in similar roles
- experience in sales of electrical equipment and projects for the automotive sector.
- experience in sales of electrical equipment and machines
- knowledge in renewable energy
- experience in sales of power generation, transmission and distribution projects.
