- the role:
the c&i (contest & incentive) analyst position will be responsible for administration of vm (variable marketing) programs including program loading, regional support, dealer interface and esp administration.
our impact:
*program loading*
- _ upload variable marketing programs into isis and assist analysts with questions_
- implementation and management of variable marketing programs (retail & fleet)
- provide ideas and test new programs before implementation
- input and update of goals (global ordering and logistics system) tables for active fleet programs
- identify, interface and resolve system related issues with various i.t.
support teams
*regional support*
- _ partner collaboratively to assist in developing programs_
- process off-invoice discounts in qad including annual sales objective (aso)
- research and reconciliation of vin lists of hit and win and volume programs calculations
- conduct training and provide job aids (such as, smart vincent training) as needed
*dealer interface*
- _ research dealer exception requests and create miscellaneous payments_
- assist dealerships with inquiries regarding payments, chargebacks and program guidelines
*esp (extended service plan) administration*
- _ run weekly esp report and provide to vendor for warranty registration_
- coordinate and run monthly esp meetings with regional personnel
- update and distribute esp registration list
*miscellaneous*
- _ research and make recommendations regarding dealer and program issues_
- lead in the testing of new system requests and the yearly disaster recovery testing
- identify actions to further improve effectiveness of c&i processes
- distribution of stored value cards to the appropriate market
- research and resolve stored value card issues as they arise (i.e., lost, stolen cards)
what you'll need:
*language requirement*: this position will have daily interaction with documents, systems and business partners and customers all in english.
complete fluency in reading, writing and speaking english is mandatory.
*primary skills required*: detail and process oriented.
strong customer handling skills.
ability to troubleshoot and analyze problems with little or no supervision.
ability to communicate effectively with multiple team members and work in a fast-paced group.
ability and willingness to learn ford proprietary computer systems.
*additional skills preferred*: knowledgeable in all ms office software, including word, excel and powerpoint.
demonstrated auditing and process improvement skills/mindset.
*experience required*: a minimum of 3 years working experience, preferably within the automotive sector.
*additional experience preferred*: field sales or dealer channel experience a plus.
