- 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in luxury and/or hospitality and/or brand marketing, demonstrating progressive career growth and a pattern of exceptional performance
- creative thinking, strong communication skills and the ability to work across multiple functions
- ability to manage the interests and demands of various internal and external stakeholders
- demonstrated project management skills to deliver concrete actions and results
- previous successful work experience in multi-discipline environment
- experience in managing large projects, including marketing plans and luxury positioning
- university degree or equivalent in brand / marketing, mba a plus

*brand marketing, strategy, planning & performance*
- work in close collaboration with director, luxury brands to create an annual marketing plan for each milux brand and special projects to support milux strategy
- work in close collaboration with director, luxury brands on alignment and coordination with the luxury brand marketing team and area marketing team on strategies, channels, and programs.
- partners with the hq marketing organization to ensure customer facing brand communications, brand voice / collateral development, photography, etc.
are pulled through in continent according to brand standards.
- partners with area directors of marketing, loyalty and digital to provide brand marketing guidance and support key milux hotels with marketing plans, strategic messaging pull through.
- work in close collaboration with director, luxury brands continent and global teams on brand marketing strategy, positioning, voice, strategic pillars, and competitive environment to position portfolio.
- work in close collaboration with director of luxury brands continent, global and continent marketing teams to support and drive awareness for halo openings
- work to ensure pull through of global milux strategies and messaging while ensuring alignment to cala's business and market specific objectives
- partners with cala social/digital team on social and digital strategy for milux brands in continent
- research and content creation on luxury trends for various monthly/quarterly forums
- support with content creation for key luxury meetings and events
- responsible for the effective pull-through and localization of new brand marketing initiatives in continent
- responsible for experiential marketing and activations for milux brands
*public relations*
- cala luxury brand pr lead and connector into global luxury brand pr teams
- develop, oversee, and implement cala luxury brand pr strategy, in alignment with global strategy and plans
- manage pull-through of global luxury brand pr in continent
- plan and execute cala milux media luncheons
- liaise with pr coe for property specific brand pr and pull through, cascading information and giving guidance
- liaise with cala demand generation team for alignment on luxury initiatives
- liaise with cala luxury md to create connectivity and awareness for cala luxury strategy and initiatives
- liaise on luxury hotel opening and development pr for alignment, including halo hotels
- liaise with cala pr agencies on luxury initiatives

*design & development*
- work with development marketing team to provide guidance and support produce brand toolkits and resources for milux brands.

- responsible for developing and adapting customer-facing brand communications, brand voice/collateral development, photography, etc.
and ensuring those materials are on-brand
- partners with the continent sales teams as appropriate for calendar events to showcase and position milux

- partners with continent f&b marketing, pr and loyalty to drive business from the local community and create awareness in key source markets.
