* prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
* provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs
* stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board

a successful b2b sales manager should have:
* proven work experience as a b2b sales manager
* proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
* strong business sense and industry expertise
* excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
* excellent communication and negotiation skills
* ability to build rapport with clients
* good understanding of the business services industry
* degree in business, marketing or related field
