- human resources supervisor will be in charge of hr department related to all activities like: legal compliance, training, recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and other applicable.main activities

- responsible of social security (imss), infonavit, payroll, internal handbook, labor law compliance
- coordinate personnel services.

*experiência y requisitos*
- minimum experience of 5 years - degree in business administration, psychology or industrial relations
- knowledge of mexican labor law, training, safety and hygiene, labor relations, employee services, salaries and benefits
- experience in the maquiladora industry;
- experience with talent acquisition and management, salary and benefits program, headcount planning and mexican labor law compliance;
- solid experience using tress
