*purpose of the position*responsible for achieving sales targets for the internal mortgage channel, by defining and executing the mortgage business strategy for the internal channel (branch network, specialized mortgage force for branch service, and developments).
*main responsibilities*- develop and implement the commercial system for the specialized mortgage team, maximizing mortgage placement levels, through efficient collaboration with the branch network and strategic partners.- build and maintain business relationships with main partners such as the branch network, housing developers, and real estate brokers at the executive level.- identify developers and brokers with low hsbc participation, in order to provide guidance to the specialized sales force and establish joint strategies to increase penetration.- identify opportunities in origination processes.
design and present improvement proposals to the mortgage product and processes area.- design, implement and coordinate the commercial activities of the internal channels to have an aligned system in each of the different commercial divisions.- design and coordinate training for the specialized sales teams of internal channels, as well as business partners (developers and real estate brokers), with the aim of promoting hsbc mortgage mortgage products.- participate in the preparation of market comparisons to ensure the competitiveness of hsbc mortgage's value offer in the market (products, policies, processes, etc.).
in general, provide feedback to the core areas of the end-to-end mortgage business.- facilitate the cross-selling of other products to mortgage credit customers, by designing suitable processes to promote said cross-selling.- design and execute customer retention strategies by linking them with other bank products.- develop the system for promoting campaigns and maximizing conversion levels through the branch network.
collaborate with the risk and crm areas to optimize pre-approved campaigns from their design.- coordinates efforts to contact customers in early default through origination channels.- directly coordinates its support work team, and in an extended manner to the internal channel mortgage sales force.- maintain active communication with headquarters in london, united kingdom, related to its span of control (sales channels and processes), by generating executive presentations and regular conferences.
*main challenges*- compliance with the budget established for the product and cross-selling.- propose improvements in the sales flow and commercial system of hipotecario, to optimize the productivity of internal channels.- increase market share, maintaining an appropriate balance between internal and external channels, by promoting the internal channel.- maintain close coordination and communication with commercial channels (branch network and specialized team), as well as with external business partners (housing developers and real estate brokers)
