the document verification supervisor of oportun's contact centers is a back-office position responsible for make sure that the group under their charge performs a detailed audit review of all documentation provided by the applicant and ensure compliance accuracy to meet all approval requirements.
if any area of improvement is identifying the supervisor should give the corresponding feedback and have the team numbers updated.

- the agent interprets and aligns to processes, guidelines and has excellent execution.
fulfill system questionnaires based on the applicant's documentation
- assessment and review of documents for all loan and support documentation
- perform the data entry checker duties ensuring that it is entered with all required details to ensure data integrity
- identify any suspicious applicants or fraudulent documents
qualifications:
- concentration and learning agility: being able to read and comprehend processes and once the agent has completed those, provide feedback and improvement observations.
- self-motivation: seeking self-motivation at monotonous job with repetitive activities where processes have constant updates and changes.- mathematical thinking: mathematical, financial, and statistical operations with ease
*basic requirements*:
- previous customer service or technical support experience (retail, call center)
- proficient advance computer skills using microsoft and office tools
- familiarity with financial or lending processes
- high school diploma
- *desired experience*:
- administrative or financial university studies in progress, unfinished or completed
- familiarity with financial or lending american regulations
- underwriting or auditing experience
- bilingual proficiency (english/spanish)
