coordinate production activities with supporting groups to ensure safety, quality and production objectives.
supervise the shipping and receiving of all freight into and out of the plant.

assist general supervisors in determining personnel requirements
conduct weekly department meetings with associates regarding communications, department and plant concerns, and policy interpretation.
initiate and coordinate assistance, as required from support departments.
coordinate daily shipping schedules with materials planning (documents, packaging)
monitor machinery, equipment and facility and initiate maintenance work orders as required, to ensure efficient, effective and safe working conditions.
promotes continuous improvement and promotes standardization across the plant and organization.
provides the best manufacturing solutions for the production process by benchmarking inside and outside the company and by selecting the adequate machinery, equipment and technology available in the market.
motivate and coach employees to maintain high levels of satisfaction, productivity, and quality through effectively utilizing available rewards and recognition channels to encourage and promote desired behaviors and results.
*qualifications*:*
specialized knowledge*
engineering degree or related fields required.
5 years' experience in operation process as an area supervisor or coordinator, managing people
english - language capability, speaking, reading & writing required (high level preferred)
knowledge of behavioral science, including the ability to motivate, counsel, and constructively deal with people at all levels.
strong leadership skills must be capable of leading their organization on a continuous journey of sustained improvement.
