responsible for code deployment automation and server infrastructure. They ensure that software moves smoothly throughout the software lifecycle, from coding to deployment, with minimal delays or issues along the way.
skills
1. provisioning of aws services through iac (terraform/cloudformation)
2. setting up of ci/cd pipeline through jenkins (build tool)
3. thorough knowledge of devops tools like (git, jenkins, docker, any monitoring tool like new relic, dynatrace)
4. understanding of aws services like ec2, s3, vpc, iam, security, rds, load balancer is a must.
5. scripting is an added advantage.
6. must have knowledge of linux/windows.
7. fluent in english.

responsibilities
1. instrumental in understanding the requirements and design of the product/software.
2. develop software solutions by studying information needs, systems flow, data usage, and work processes.
3. investigate problem areas followed by the software development life cycle.
4. facilitate root cause analysis of the system issues and problem statements.
5. identify ideas to improve system performance and impact availability.
6. analyze client requirements and convert them into feasible designs.
7. collaborate with functional teams or systems analysts for detailed investigation into software requirements.
8. consult with project managers to obtain information on software capabilities.
perform coding and ensure optimal software development
1. determine operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, software development, and proposed software.
2. develop and automate processes for software validation by setting up and designing test cases/scenarios/usage cases, and executing these cases.
3. modify software to fix errors, adapt it to new hardware, improve its performance, or upgrade interfaces.
4. analyze information to recommend and plan the installation of new systems or modifications of an existing system.
5. ensure that code is error-free and has no bugs or test failures.
6. prepare reports on programming project specifications, activities, and status.
7. ensure all codes are raised as per the norms defined for project/program/account with clear descriptions and replication patterns.
8. compile timely, comprehensive, and accurate documentation and reports as requested.
9. coordinate with the team on daily project status and progress and document it.
10. provide feedback on usability and serviceability, trace the result to quality risk, and report it to concerned stakeholders.

1. capture all requirements and clarifications from the client for better quality work.
2. take feedback regularly to ensure smooth and on-time delivery.
3. participate in continuing education and training to remain current on best practices, learn new programming languages, and better assist other team members.
4. consult with engineering staff to evaluate software-hardware interfaces and develop specifications and performance requirements.
5. document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code.
6. document necessary details and reports formally for proper understanding of software from client proposal to implementation.
7. ensure good quality of interaction with customers regarding email content, fault report tracking, voice calls, business etiquette, etc.
8. provide timely responses to customer requests and ensure no instances of complaints either internally or externally.

1. continuous integration, deployment & monitoring of software: 100% error-free onboarding & implementation, throughput %, adherence to the schedule/release plan.
2. quality & csat: on-time delivery, manage software, troubleshoot queries, customer experience, completion of assigned certifications for skill upgradation.
