*specific knowledge/skills*
c language programming knowledge required, java a plus
good linux and/or rtos programming skills, embedded linux a plus
experience troubleshooting codecs & multimedia drivers
basic knowledge programming usb and network interfaces
knowledge of software design/coding/testing practices & standards desired
basic understanding of schematic and layout
excellent english and spanish communication skills (verbal & written)
collaborative, proactive, self-learning and team player attitude
