Trainee for the department of fom order scheduling, focused on ensuring that vehicle orders submitted to all the global plants are aligned to allocation and the product features & equipment required for the mexican market per the marketing & sales teams specifications

as the ford of mexico's order scheduling trainee you'll be in charge of:
- orders production tracking and specifications/features review: ensure orders contain the required features and equipment per the marketing & sales teams direction
- orders recommendation: review that recommended orders for dealers are accurate in terms of specs, quantities and dates
- restrictions letter: summarize and publish to the dealer network the weekly features with production restrictions currently in place
- btg tracking: review of the remaining balance-to-go (production - allocation) of all the dealer network
- prototype vehicles tracking: tracking of pre-production prototypes release from plants and assignment to correct fom skill teams fleet
- dramm: weekly dealer and regional allocation management per plant's operating plant requirements
- otd invoicing: creation and follow up to monthly transportation fees and verification of information in the invoice of the fom logistics suppliers
- orders prioritization management: investigate dealers' orders to be produced that have already been sold to a final client to ensure they are prioritized for production in the assembly plants.
