As sales representative, you will build and execute commercial strategies to generate a profitable business model that adapts to market conditions by aligning with the established sales plan and implementing new business opportunities.

- close and strong communication with all areas of the company to ensure compliance with customer requirements in terms of cost, quality and delivery.
- identify new sales opportunities in the market (prospecting).
- geographic expansion of sales and incorporation of new profitable customers.
- to understand our clients' needs in order to develop comprehensive strategies to improve business profitability.
- participate in the development of sbu strategies with a focus on continuous improvement.
- generate strategies passionate about value sales.
*qualifications*
- knowledge of the powder coatings and pretreatment market and its technologies is desirable.
- minimum 3 to 5 years of field sales experience (coatings sales desirable).
- bachelor's degree
- intermediate english.
- availability to travel and to be in the field 80% of the time.
