this individual will work closely with the senior bas, project managers, and application managers on our team to troubleshoot ongoing support and maintenance issues and work on system enhancements.provide operational support for product applications, including weekend on-call support on a rotational basis.troubleshoot system issues and provide data to the user community as requested.support the development of applications within our suite.provide communication and training as required to key users on new system functionality, releases, and fixes.execution of compliance & controls processes.
perform quarterly audit and compliance duties as assigned.perform ongoing support and maintenance tasks as well as routine annual duties.track individual workflow effectively through an agile team environment.
