our commitment to people, innovation, tenacity, collaboration, and customer focus allows us to fulfill our mission to be a global leader in memory and storage solutions.global business and people analyst rolewe are seeking a global business and people analyst who will be responsible for research, analysis, and presentation of significant data to identify program and process improvement opportunities for the global business and people partner team and other internal organizations.key responsibilitiesestablish key performance indicators: develop key performance indicators, metrics, and dashboards for global business and people partners (gbpp) and other key stakeholders.create standardized reports: create standardized reports connected with people programs that enable business review of impact to business results.understand program alignment: understand the impact of people program alignment to business needs and identify gaps and prepare for future needs.measure success: create and monitor metrics, data, and processes to measure success of gbpp team, facilitate reviews, and improvement actions.partner with finance and business: work in partnership with finance/wfa/business and people partners to create accurate real-time hc reports on one platform.design people programs: partner with people functions and business and people partners to design people programs and processes, drive system functionality, align processes, and enable report-ability.anticipate trends and issues: anticipate and address trends and issues impacting the business and provide insights, recommendations, tools, and solutions.provide solutions and recommendations: provide solutions and recommendations through data analysis to enable gbpp team to proactively provide input to leaders.benchmark industry standards: benchmark industry standards for data/analytics.train business and people partners: provide subject matter expertise and training to business and people partners to increase capabilities in data and analytics.qualificationseducation: bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business intelligence, engineering, information systems, computer science, human resources, or related field.experience: minimum 12 years of relevant experience.data mining and analytical skills: self-motivated and service-oriented with strong data mining, analytical, and problem-solving skills.persuasive communication skills: strong persuasive and diplomatic verbal and written communication skills.business process development: proven track record of analyzing and manipulating data to understand trends, create meaningful reports, and drive decision making.system proficiency: proficient in the use of standard systems and tools to manipulate and manage data (sap, hris, sql server, ms excel, ms powerpoint, ms sharepoint, etc.
